    Super unorganized dispatcher. Causes pickup delays and cancellations of important appointments due to her terrible dispatching. My children have missed school 3 times because of her lying about the earliest appointment time.

    This is definitely NOT a 24 hour service as advertised. The dispatcher was rude and left us stranded in downtown Steubenville saying (at 8:30 pm on a Friday night) that they had no more services that evening.

    Requested a ride to ********* Hospital last Thursday..then confirmed my ride yesterday...today I was supposed to be picked up at 8:30...no show...called and man said I wasn't down for a ride...and then he said the vehicles were vandalized last night...I said you could of called me...this was an appointment with a heart surgeon not a trip to Krogers..
