    I recently ordered some pipe sleeves which I agreed to order and realized at the time they might be too big. My issue is they have no return policy. So in order to get a refund of a product that costs $125 I would have to spend $75 so send it back. Therefore I would not recommend using them unless your 100% . Besides the lady who answers the phone want very friendly neither.

    Clear Communication of Product Compatibility:
    Prior to the order being placed, it was clearly communicated to the customer that the parts ordered were not designed for their specific application. The customer acknowledged this information and proceeded with the purchase.
    Return Policy Transparency:
    Our return policy is publicly available on our website. It outlines that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide pre-paid return labels unless the error is on our part. In this case, there was no error in fulfillment or shipment on our end.
    Customer Response and Dispute Threat:
    The customer expressed dissatisfaction with having to cover return shipping and indicated their intent to dispute the credit card charge and post a negative review. While we understand that return shipping can be frustrating, we cannot absorb this cost when the original purchase decision was informed and voluntary.
    Customer Conduct:
    Our team is committed to respectful and courteous service. Unfortunately, in this instance, the customer was notably rude to our sales staff. We always encourage professional and respectful communication to ensure productive solutions.

    Even in difficult situations, our goal remains to assist customers where possible. If the customer is willing to revisit the situation constructively, we are open to working toward a resolution within the boundaries of our company policies.
