    My mom is disabled. We got a new seat for her wheelchair finally after fighting with insurance for 6months we just decided to pay for it out of pocket. They came replaced it. Within a week the seat is tearing and dangerous to use. I’ve called dasco multiple times and am getting nowhere!!

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.  Our Weston location spoke with the patient's daughter on 5-30-23.  We were able to deliver a loaner wheelchair later that same day on 5/30/23.  Her wheelchair is being repaired and will be returned once completed.  Patient's daughter was very pleased with that resolution and thanked the staff for their assistance.  We also reached back out to her today to confirm that all of her concerns have been met.  Please let me know if you need anything further from us.  Thank you again.
