    September 26, 2022 12:52 PM. I went into Vape St in Weston WV asked about the *** *** **** that they sale they gave me information and I asked if they have any that are non menthol. I can NOT vape menthol it makes me sick. I was told yes they do and they gave me a list of the ones that they say are non menthol so I chose the Strawberry/Banana paid for the product left opened it and it was menthol I looked it up on Google to see if I made a mistake and when looking into the product on Google it says that ALL elf bars have menthol in them. I went back to Vape St to try and do an exchange was told NO! I told the lady working there they need to learn about the products before they sale items like they do because some ingredients can be dangerous to others. I left and called the store back and told them to go onto Google and do some research of the products they are selling because customers want to know about what they are buying. Lady was rude about it I think because I did my own research on the product and knew what I was talking about. A business like this should NOT be selling nicotine products that they know nothing about. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH ON ITEMS YOU ARE SELLING PEOPLE! This is not okay and your business told me my item was NON MENTHOL when it has menthol in it and made me sick.

    I am sorry with your experience with the #1 selling disposable in the U.S., we have sold 230 of the Strawberry Banana BC5000 Elf Bar that you purchased with absolutely no complaints.  Many of have been to repeat purchaser's of that particular flavor.  The majority of all disposable vape devices have at least a very small amount of menthol to replicate the taste of popular drinks or food (smoothies, soft drinks, iced drinks, milkshakes, etc.).  This flavor is as follows: strawberry banana BC5000 smooth fruity blend of strawberry and banana in every puff.  Reminiscent of your favorite strawberry banana smoothie.  Smoothie giving it a hint of methol.

    If you prefer, we will extend a refund or exhange of one of the few disposables with no menthol.   Flavors are very small and limited.
