      This bank is charging people fees for no reasons on the customers behalf. I got double charged at a merchant store the merchant store confirms it the bank will not reverse the charges even though the merchant is willing to tell them they are are in the wrong all around the worst bank I've ever seen. Why is this Bank allowed to keep taking people's money and not refunding it when it is a legit mistake on someone else's part. Everyone works for a living and for a bank to hold money when Merchants are trying to tell them it was an honest mistake give these people their money back but the bank wants a short story that cost the person this account belongs to even more money driving back and forth bring in more information they're asking for when the merchant is willing to verbally tell them this was our mistake you can refund their money back we double charge them just Somebody explain that to me how hard is that to do

      Have to call them all the times about there junking app and than you get someone who don't know what day it is. No one knows nothing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLY BY NIGHT BANK

      If I could give less than one star, that would happen. I have been a customer with this bank for 20yrs. I recently had a charge to my account that was fraudulent. As soon as we saw it (it was a Sunday), we contacted the 1-800 number on the back of our card. They stated that it would take 2-4 business days for the investigation. Mind you this fraudulent charge wiped out our account. No gas, no food in an already struggling time. Called the bank today (3 days after reporting) and the dispute has not even been started. No help from the Mason local branch either. From what I understand, most banks credit it back pending the dispute results. That would have been helpful. However, no help from any one. All we keep getting is "I'm Sorry this is happening to you". You're not. If you were, you would push the button that will give me my money back. Unfortunately, we will be closing our account.
