    Approx 2014 I bought a swimming pool from Waller pool and spa located in wheeling WV. The first year we filled the pool it was leaking water that I thought it had a hole. I called and emailed the company they assured me that is very unlikely not to worry. Every winter my pool completely drained and I spoke to them about this they took zero responsibility instead tried to blame me. Couple weeks ago we found a hole on the seem which is covered under the warranty. The new owner Lauren said she won’t do anything because I did not register it. I told her I was not given this paper and never told to do so. She’s trying to refer me to the manufacturer instead of handling the issue. I bought the pool with them and have been asking them to replace the liner from the very first year. Instead she insulted me and tried to blame me for their faulty product they sold me.

    As I was not the owner 7 years ago when this pool was purchased, I was not made aware of this until 2021. This complaint is completely false in nature. The customer has been given the proper tools to claim her liner under warranty. As the liner has a manufacturers defect in it, the company who made the liner is responsible for replacing it, not pur company. Because she did not properly register her liner at time of purchase, the process is taking longer than she would like but to no fault of ours. I believe she should be made to take this complaint down as I will post correspondence from us to the liner manufacturer showing communication and effort to get her what she needs despite her not following through on her end. She has been harassing us endlessly to the point of having to involve the police.
