      I scheduled a ride on 10/29/24 for 1pm on 10/30/24 for a drs appt. The cab never showed up i called the number several times but only got an AI called Rosie who said that they have a 45 mins grace period. I emailed and was told that my cab was on its way at 1:14 but it never showed. I called again at 1:53 and was told by Rosie that someone would contact me shortly. It is now 2:11 and still havent heard from them nor has the cab showed up! I DO NOT recommend using this company!

      Highly unlikely to recommend to anyone, they're never on time but have the option for a customer to submit a time call which is insane. Their dispatchers are rude and disrespectful and clearly cannot do their job. It's very frustrating dealing with this company that has no compassion or understanding that there are people who work and need to be on time!

      i have been using IC Cab for some time now sadly, i placed a call to them requesting a cab at my location, when the driver arrived immediately my husband and myself noticed the driver seemed to be sarcastic. "Also every time I call for a cab people at their cab company are extremely rude/sarcastic". however today, 12/31/23 that drive dropped us off at our stop then telling my husband he didn't have change to break our bill so we decided then to try and attempt to pay with our credit card but their price had went from 600 to 11.50 if you use a card. i felt that was way to high so we didn't use our card and paid cash 10 dollars therefore tipping this driver 5 "we want out 5 back because of the attitude of this driver and, we had to randomly ask total strangers for a ride costing us another 15 dollars to bring us home because the cab refused to come pick us back up because we were filing this complaint with BBB leaving us almost stranded. and, while in the vehicle the driver slammed on his breaks causing extreme pain to my massive hand injury. i will also be placing another complaint with BBB to see what else can be done about this none reputable business.
