  Work started late, was dragged out (they would be gone weeks at a time) & done by what I believed to be day-laborers. One day the crew left and most equipment was gone but the flashing around my chimney was just siting half on. It had been raining 90% during this entire installation & was continuing to do so with no flashing around my chimney & no workers. I asked MrB**** what exactly was going on, when the work might be done he said “They are done.” I told him about the flashing, he said “Its not a big deal.” I said my husband & I were very unhappy with the result & quality, we want him to inspect his crews work & discuss the issues present (He had not set foot on site since the first day). He said he was out of town. We said how unacceptable this all was & that he was a Month past completion date, we both want to be at the home to discuss the issues. He was told not to enter onto the property without us present, he was aware my husband & I were at work. While he knew we were gone Mr.B**** & another man were seen on camera on property & quickly drilling down the flashing. MrB**** who had said he was out of town was on property when specifically told not to. He then texted demanding payment, saying the job was done. I said he trespassed & again said the job was not done properly & am withholding final payment until it is fixed, or at the least discussed. He said “As long as we are in contract I can enter onto your property whenever I want to. You have a perfect roof, if there was a real issue I would discuss it. If you do not pay me I will file suit.” And he did the next morning, with no meeting, no further discussion, no time for us to pay him at all. We hired roof inspectors & 3 separate roofers to look over our “new roof” and give affidavits to the judge. We won the return of money paid + interest, that was THREE YEARS AGO. Claimed he hasnt made money. My roof leaks, it looks like crap. He got mad saying he would be filing for bankruptcy so we could not collect.

  They were great they showed up advised they would give a quote, then kept changing the date as to when they would send the quote, I am now 3 weeks past the first advised date, and now they are not even responding to my phone calls. I would of been ok just being told they can't do the job, but to be told I'll give it to you by x date, and have it pushed back with no follow up unless I call is unprofessional, and poor business practice at best.
