    We rented a trash dumpster for a small job we did last year. I have never received any correspondence, billing, etc. They did deliver the unit, but I have been calling this company periodically since July 2024 requesting that they remove the dumpster from the jobsite. They will either tell me that it has already been picked up or they will apologize & tell me that they will get to it ASAP - when I am lucky enough to get them to answer their phone. Most calls just ring & ring unanswered & no way to leave a voicemail. The dumpster is still onsite and the property owner is insisting that we have it removed. This is a safety hazard with the dumpster overflowing into the parking lot. Is there any action that can be taken to have this dumpster removed?

    We have used GVSW for several years for our trash pickup. We pay for a dumpster rental and pickup every 2 weeks. At end of May-June 2024 we went 6 weeks with no pickup & no notice from GVSW They don’t have a published email and phone is rarely answered, when it is, Messages are not returned My husband did reach someone eventually and they said they had trucks out of service but would be out within the week. That did not happen. Since beginning of summer, we have had 3 pickups. One of those, the truck was unable to reach dumpster because we had equipment in the way. That is on us, we take responsibility for that. This summer trucks have not been on our regular schedule at all. I paid in full for June and 1/2 for July. I included a letter in each payment asking for billing to be prorated and charged only for service provided. There was no correspondence from GVSW. My husband called and owner sent word through office staff that full amount would be charged and nothing would be prorated regardless of lack of service. At that time, we cancelled service and to date no one has come to get the dumpster and we have received bills asking for full payment
