    I had (2) new HVAC units installed, upon completion the technician had me sign 2 forms and said thats it your good to go and left. He did not tell me that the finance company information such as due date, amount loan number is on that paperwork. I called and asked for copies not knowing that information was on there. I did not get copies, so i called again, then Tim the owner of HVAC company stated he will call ******** the loan company, This caused me to miss my first payment, Owner kept telling me he is working with finance company to move due date and get me copies. Neither entity sent me copies over the whole month of February. The finance company will not move the due date, and are charging me 2 months and finance charges. which will be due march 2024 the 12th. I have been calling back and forth between both entities through whole month. Each entity is blaming the other on which paperwork has the loan information!!! and i am in the middle with a 1st payment penalty next month I hope i can pay unless they fix it and move first due payment in March 12th 2024.

    I have no documents at all including the 2 i signed!!!

    When a customer utilizes financing to pay for their purchase, we have the paperwork signed upon completion of the job which the customer did sign the financing paperwork for the finance company.  Precision does not retain any financing paperwork.  We then turn those signed papers in to the finance company who then calls the customer to do a completion verification before they pay us for the job.  When the finance company calls and contacts the customer they verify the job is complete, the customer is satisfied, and go over all the details of the financing information as was done in this and every transaction that is financed.  First payment dates, payment amounts, interest rate, length of term, and customer mailing address are all communicated between the finance company and the customer in that phone call.  The customer did call us explaining he had never received anything to make his first payment, and we did give him the contact numbers for the finance company as well as call them ourselves to verify they had the correct address.
