    July 12, 2023 I purchased first portion (i.e. section one) of program for $197.00 this enabled me to work with someone from company to go over first section with a guide.August 7, 2023 I purchased the entire program ( which included first portion)from this company $11,590.00 for a program.October I reach out to my contact (****) and let them know that this program is not going to work for me. She puts me in contact with **** who takes care of these matters. I speak to **** via zoom and we both agree to discontinue access to program. She would then confer with the finance team and they would let me know how much money they could refund me. We both agree that it won't be full amount but that I will be compensated seeing as I have not accessed any of the program beyond first section which I purchased separately. **** schedules another zoom and then continues to reschedule due to "sickness" then uses holidays to push back time. then upon reaching out to set up another call to confirm details they will not return my emails and have been silent and ignoring me since the new year. I have sent multiple emails to both **** and **** to no avail.
