      December 31st, 2021, I noticed sewage backing up under my home. The cause was a blocked escape line that is owned by the park I rent a lot from (owned by Impact, a community in Laramie WY). After 3 days or more of trying to contact the community emergency line or corporate help lines, I got through to the park manager to explain the issue. We went two weeks without using water in our home in order not to exacerbate the issue while we waited for the manager to get a plumber to our property to deal with the situation. The plumbers cleared multiple blockages several hundred feet from our home which alleviated the situation for another approximately 2 weeks before the line clogged again and began to back up sewage under our home once more. It wasn't until sewage was backing up into one of our showers that we were able to get the park manager to get plumbers out to deal with the clog again. It is now July 12th and the park has yet to clean out the sewage that has backed up under our trailer due to the clogs in their escape lines. After hundreds of phone calls to the park, their corporate offices (most of which were left unanswered) and local government authorities, I'm left with no help except, hopefully, you. I'm quite over living on top of human waste, and would really like them to finish cleaning up the mess they've made us live in for seven months. This isn't the first issue we've had with this new management company, and it likely won't be the last. Thank you for your time, and in advance for your assistance.
