    WORST DEALER I'VE SEEN. Pre-ordered a snowmobile with them in April, was told it would arrive in Nov (before the season). Sled didn't come in Nov, didn't come in Dec, didn't come in Jan. Was told it might come sometime in Feb. Told them I'd like to cancel my order, I found one sooner. They wouldn't refund my deposit (against **** policies), now I need to deal with the credit card company.

    As discussed, we have customers pay a deposit when they snow check a snowmobile.  It is a $500 non-refundable deposit.  It shows this very clearly.  In the past we have returned deposits due to different situations.  In this case the customer found a sled the week before his arrived.  He was very unprofessional in my opinion on his behavior, so we didn’t refund the money.  The main reason is we received a credit back deal from his credit card already.  I really didn’t want to give him his deposit back two times.  We are very reasonable here and we don’t ever hear from you guys.  I would be happy to help however possible.
