    Good Morning,
We have received messages on our online lead generator from a ******************, and he used our business email and the police department's phone number as his contact info.  He is claiming we sold 6396 Timberline Ct. to a "sweet old man" that has something for us, but we have never owned that property, nor have we been contacted by the new owner of that address.  An old employee did own that property years ago, but it was not ours.  My husband, ****, did manage to contact ******* in regards to a bid that ******* is requesting.  We sent the bid to the contact info he provided, but when **** tries to catch up with *******, ******* always has an elaborate story of ailing family, emergency trips, and cannot meet with ****.  He is claiming we are scammers and not responding to him, but we have on multiple occasions.  At this point, we will not be pursuing any work for him as he seems to have an issue with us and our company, and we don't want to put ourselves in a bad situation.  We would love to see this resolved and off of our record!  If you have any questions for us, I can be reached at ************.
    Thank you,
    *************************
