The Follicle activator was purchased on February 11th 2025, and received on February 18th. I used it as instructed. I added hair growth oil, and unfortunately the oil dispenser on the activator does not dispense any oil while operating. Ive made several attempts via email to contact the company regarding the refund policy and returning the product. The company responded with instructions on how to use the applicator. The company has refused to respond to my request for a full refund as stated in their refund policy. Proof of purchase and refund policy can be found in their documentation uploaded.

12/2/24, I purchased merchandise, mainly hair products from Crown Naturale. The total cost of the purchase was $124.80. I used the merchandise but it did not perform well on my hair. The company has a 90 day money back guarantee..no conditions for purchaser. The seller will not refund shipping which was $4.95. This brings the total refund requested to $119.85. (90 day guarantee refund is posted on their website.) I contacted the company and requested a refund on 3/2/25. To date, I have contacted the company Crown Naturale 3 times. They have responded 1 time; asking me what I did not like about the merchandise. I complied and responded to them. I have had no response to my last 2 emails to this company requesting a refund.

The issue involves advertising/bad business practices/scam. The product was not sent that was advertised on ********. I want a *********** ordered: 2/2/25. I called their number ************** on 2/28/25 from my phone ************** to talk to a phone representative about the situation; they hung up the phone and blocked my phone number. I could not call them from my phone, but I called from my neighbor's phone and talked to the same individual to ask for a refund and how to get my refund.

I was watching a hair tutorial video on ******** when my phone froze. I accidentally purchased a hair oil for $119.95 that I immediately tried to cancel. I emailed the merchant explaining this purchase was accidentally purchased when I noticed the product was mailed out to me. I was instructed to send the accidentally purchased hair oil back to the address provided via the email. The package arrived over 3 weeks later and I was away for work. I did reach out to Discover asking for a credit explaining this purchase was accidental, Discover gave me the provisional credit pending the return of the product. I never opened the package and immediately returned the product when I arrived back home. However, while I was anticipating the merchant to receive the product back and awaiting the final outcome Discover reversed the chargeback. Having received my money back again the merchant then refused to accept the product back. I called Discover and was informed the Merchant Crown Naturale stated it was a valid purchase and I never canceled the order. I believe Crown Naturale is using unethical practices via ******** to steal unsuspecting customers funds. The hair oil was also listed for $19.95 on ********, ****** and numerous other sites but since this matter arose Crown Naturale has taken $119.95 from my Discover credit card. Please follow up with this complaint as I am certain other people are also being scammed.

I purchased four products from Crown Naturale on October 16th of this year. I paid $105.40 for everything. I didn't check the ingredients before I made my purchase. When the products arrived I didn't think the ingredients were good for my hair. I called and emailed and asked for a refund for two of the items, and the refund was sent for those. After doing research I decided I wanted a complete refund. I informed the company and they sent me the address. I returned the products on November 8th, I wanted to make sure they received everything so I paid for a signature. I sent them an email to tell them when the products should arrive. Today November 15th the package came back to me because they refused the package. I tried calling and I sent an email but I have not heard from them. I now want $92.37 for the postage that was added for secure delivery.
