    Jan 15th 2025 I received a quote via email for a job to be completed for $685 and work to be completed in 1 day on Jan 22nd. Work was to remove and replace a kitchen sink and remove and install a new floor in kitchen/dining area. Worker came and removed the old floor and started the sink and then walked off the job and said someone else would have to come do the floor. Per call to **** there was nobody to come today but somebody would be out tomorrow to complete the job. He stated that there would not be additional charges due to their ****** "must be having a bad day". Jan 23 next ****** came and started to complete the sink and the floor. He did not finish either task and returned Jan 24. The sink is not installed as he broke the clamps and did not replace them, the sink is not waterproof around the edges as the caulking was not done. The door is hard to open and close as the transition strip is installed incorrectly. The trim around the floor was put back on in a manner that required it to be repaired in order to be finished and the walls had to be repainted as it was not replaced where it had been removed from. Feb 10 I received an email bill from Ace for $1724.76. I called Ace Feb 11 and spoke with **** and asked him to come out to look at the work that had been done, as he had given the impression that he was in charge during every conversation with Ace via telephone. He sent the 2nd ****** back out for a new appointment on the 12th. When I asked him (******) if I would be billed for this in order to have corrections made, he replied that he didn't know as he has nothing to do with billing. I asked him to not do anything except for to have the boss, **** per his report, come out and inspect the work. He said he would ask **** to call me. I have not heard from anyone at *** since he left except for a text with a request for me to review their services which I assume is from their automated system that is sent following an appointment later on Feb 12th.

    I have received a revised statement with the quoted amount due from Ace and have paid as agreed. Thank you for your assistance
