    I switched to Allstate because they quoted me and the price was right but once I stated the policy it was a nightmare. I was mailed atleast 6+ letters regarding my email address being incorrect. I got that fixed but then after being a customer for 3 months never missed a payment I got a call saying they need proof of previous insurance and no problem I email my previous insurance and sent it the very next day to Allstate. Then I got a email saying that my insurance was being canceled and I right away called and went thought all my emails and mail NO ONE notified me. I logged into my account they canceled my auto policy with no notice 3 days BEFORE I got the call from Allstate. From the 8th of May to the 24th I was told multiple times they would fix this issue they told me they called my previous insurance and not to worry it will all be fixed. After no communication I called another local office to see if I could just switch over and she did everything she could and she said they did something WRONG and that I couldnt be a customer because they messed up the paperwork and ruined my auto policy. Also I was quoted wrong the policy was 150 dollars more than quoted. This agent has been in all the emails regarding never once did he reach out to make this right. The office staff are so unprofessional, when I went into the office it was musty, dusty and smelt like dog. They had a huge dog in the office and they just let it get into my toddlers face when signing the paperwork. They caused me so much stress and anxiety and not once have anyone tried to make this right or acknowledge any wrong doing.
