    On the 15th of January I toured the Apts on 1138 2nd st and the one next door as well as the apt on Wyoming Blvd with *****. I then turned in the rental application to the receptionist on the 16th. I paid 30 cash to ***** on the 17th. I waited for a response on the apt. And never heard back. I called several times to inquire about a decision and the receptionist told me they would contact me. She never asked for any of my information and acted like I was a bother. Yesterday I called again and the receptionist told me the did not have my application but they had my ID and money. So I obviously requested my money back as they have done absolutely nothing for me to this point. Today when I called to find the status of my refund, the receptionist said that office manager ***** said I will not get my deposit back and that she will not accept an application from me. I was told the office manager is not available today and she'll be back in the office tomorrow at 8am. The receptionist does not know anything and has no information to help. I would like my 30 dollars back.

    On February 25, 2025, we called and left a voicemail to ****** ******* in an attempt to refund her $30.00. We are willing to refund it because there was no application to process. When ****** ******* returns our call, we will coordinate to return her $30.00 application fee.

    This agency had been contacted in advance about move.They had been contacted several times about the leak from upstairs bathtub abused as a swimming pool by young kids so much so that it rained several times into my bathroom and maintenance came in with mildew spray from dollar store cut a hole in ceiling sprayed it patched it said if it comes back call . Maintenance treated me like a dummy and really didnt care about fixing it. They broke the lock on the entry door without being asked to service it so I had to have it fixed by them. The manager never offered to do a walk thru at move out, I waited several months for a proper breakdown of the move out did not get one. The security deposit was ******, and zi moved out on Easter Sunday 3/31/24 dropped keys off with fiorwarding address. I finally called regarding the move out and deposit in June. The manager said he would get to it later in the week. Never heard from them until today got a letter on paper that was not letterhead just a word process bold print CASPER RENTAL AGENCY, with off center address under it saying I will be referred for collection and there was No signature.I called them office girl said it was for cleaning and repairs, there were no repairs except the hole in the water logged mildewed bathroom drywall and 2 kitchen drawer front faces that were broke when we moved in. The only charge should be for the drawers and moving out left furniture and that should be charged by the hour. The cleaning should also be by the job. They have just put some random figures out so they can keep the deposit and say I owe them for cleaning. When confronting them I asked for a break down of the charges and she said she didnt have access to it it is in the archive room. I gave them my forwarding address again to get a breakdown because they said they mailed it out before I doubt it. their maintenance condescending which I did complain about. grudge against me cause I complained about the bathroom mildew.
