We will always do our best to ensure that you receive the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will get in the way of that goal. In those cases, we will do our best to ensure that we resolve the situation to your complete satisfaction.
Please inspect your flowers upon arrival and immediately report any flower damage or other concerns the day your flowers arrive. In the case of a necessary replacement, a fresh floral arrangement or plant will be delivered and the previous delivery will be picked up.
Flower arrangements are guaranteed for 7 days after delivery.
Plants are guaranteed for 30 days after delivery.
