    This is a formal complaint about Dr ******* and his nurse ***** in ************** at Precision Surgical. Dr ******* and his nurse both lied to me and said he could get me in to have my 4 hernias repaired before the end of the year. I specifically asked twice before agreeing to the 2nd appointment, to make sure that I could still get in for surgery before 2025. ***** said yes. Now, they say they can not do the surgery before the end of the year. I have met my deductible finally and now I will have to pay out of pocket for the surgery. I told Dr ******* that my hernias were worse and they were making me sick. This is not ok. I had other appointments with other doctors that could get me in and I canceled because I preferred to see Dr ******* because of a referral from a nurse friend. I took Dr ******* on his word. I wouldn't have made a second appointment if they couldn't get me in for the surgery before 2025. I feel like they were just trying to make money off my insurance by making me come in for a 2nd appointment.
