    I placed an order with them on February 23,2023 for two dish drying racks. I received an email confirming my order and stating that it was being prepared for shipping. They gave me a tracking number to check the status and it just keeps saying out for delivery. I have tried to contact them multiple times in the months since, but none of the information given in their email is valid. I spent $37.98 and I would just like my money back.

    It's been almost 3 months since ordering from Modieo.com so I inquired about the order only to have found the website is no longer functioning....an obvious scam.I would like to know how I can get my money back.

    I haven't received my product have paid for it and now the site is NOT available and the email is not deliverable, I really just want my product or my $45.98 back I ordered 2 foldable shelving units and haven't gotten them I ordered them back on 2/23/2023 it was to take 2-4 weeks shipping and up til about 2 weeks ago i could go on site and track but now that site doesn't work i cant even see if maybe it still in route, and now i have been reading that this may have been a scam

    I paid a total of $25.98 for what I thought was a 4 tier Foldable Storage rack. This business took my money & never sent me my item. I have attempted to email their support team to find out whats going on, but the email is not a valid email. This business is running very unprofessionally. There are hundreds of people saying the same thing as me. All I want is my money back for the item i will never receive

    On March 15,2023 I ordered two foldable storage racks with wheels from this company. I paid $41.90 plus they took an extra $1.26 for international fee(?) From my debit card. As of yet I still have not received the items. They claim my parcel number is ********** and that they tried to deliver it. Usually I would get a notice from *** that it was undeliverable and I would call them and they would give me a new delivery date. That was not the case. All I want is the merchandise or a refund. ***********************************. ******, ****. *****. ************. Order number is ***************. Thank you!

    This company sells apparel. I placed 3 orders with them. 2 were "shipped", one has never been shipped. The tracking info they listed was in Japanese. After a month it listed my order as delivered at 4:30am. Neither order was ever delivered. I've reached out to them several times using every method of *********************** no response & no answer. I finally dug around online and have seen at least 30 people saying they ordered from them, items marked as shipped & delivered but have never arrived. All these reviews have been made on the past 3 weeks.
