    They took our monies and never returned to finish the repairs, nor have they offered to refund monies paid. They stole $500.00 from me.

    Amazing doesnt seem like a good enough word to describe this company and repair person. Very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. He knew what was wrong as soon as I explained to him what it was doing. I had another repair service out who was here for a few minutes, plugged it in and left.
