    I brought my car in on 4/10/23 to be detailed. When picking up my car I noticed that the steering wheel had been scrubbed so hard it wore if the black color of the leather. The front passenger door wasn’t cleaned. The back passenger seat has a scratch on the seat. All of this was done while in their hands. I’m extremely frustrated. Then when talking to the man that was working which is the owners son. He told me that all of those marks were there when they started on the car and wouldn’t let me finish talking and just walked away.

    Yes, please proceed. 
    Work on the customer's vehicle occurred on April 10, 2023. Customer came back into shop and mentioned there were several problems. She initially mentioned the steering wheel. Upon inspection the rub on the steering wheel is everyday ware. Lennox Auto Detail does not use harsh chemicals and is not overly aggressive when cleaning surfaces. This was explained to customer on April 10th. She also mentioned the scratch in the back seat. At this point I came in the shop and called my detailers (who had gone for the day.) They confirmed that the processes used could not have caused the damages. When I returned back out to the customer, who was on the phone with her father, the customer mentioned the door was not cleaned. I offered to have the entire job redone to her satisfaction but I did let them know that my detailers noticed the steering wheel and back seat scratch. The customer mentioned that she hadn't seen the scratch on the seat in the morning after she had removed everything off it. When I brought up the steering wheel, she mentioned that wasn't important, that she was more concerned about the back seat scratch. As I discussed. our detailing procedures and what my detailer reported could not have caused the damages. The customers dad was on speaker phone and kept interjecting his disagreement. At this point I did say I didn't think we were going to be able to resolve our disagreements and I returned to the shop. Mostly due to the fact that it was impossible to have a third party conversation with someone on speaker phone. On April 11 the customer wrote a negative ****** review and contacted the BBB. Our general manager responded to both. Also on April 11 I reviewed our workshop cameras and confirmed my detailers procedures. At 3:25 pm I reached out to customer to invite them to come view footage. She declined. subsequently the ****** review has been removed.
