I would give this place 0 stars. I have been going here a couple of times and this is the last time. My car still has been in the service department for a month. During this whole month, I have been lied to, ignored, never updated or resolved cars issues. I made an appointment a week prior to my appointment. I notified the service manager a list of requirements I needed to get done for my car. I needed tires/rims, recall, oil change and tires rotated. I let the receptionist now the parts will take awhile to get in, and my warranty for my tires are under my profile and the recall parts, so if they get it in before I get there next week. Next week is here and the front desk said there are no technicians for my scheduled appointment. They would get to it on the next business day. I made a long request, so I knew it was going to take a week. They never notified me have been calling them every day to get an update, because they never did. 10% of the time the company answered my phone calls. When they did answer they said my car was almost finished. The service manager knew I was calling, because he stated my name was on the caller list. He said he knew when I was calling. He never gave an answer why he never answered. Also, I know he was lying, because I have the *** connect and he said he worked on my vehicle and drove it, my *** connect never informed me. I knew he was lying, because a week later I went to the dealership and my car was still booted and STILL wasnt touched. I called corporate and they were very helpful with the my situation. Corporate emailed the manager. A few days later, my husband went to the dealership, because they didnt answer my phone call again. The manager wasnt knowledge what was going on. He was very polite and said he will take care of the problem by providing his personal phone number. We have been in touch with the manager for a couple of days now. He is figuring out a deal. So hopefully I will get my car by next week.
