This company tries to reframe from discrimination. They favorite certain ones & like ages under 30. You can not have anything on criminal record not even traffic/speeding tickets. Must be ?? clean even though the add for the job says that record will have no refection on job decision making. When you ask why they claim your arent a good canidate for job when your background is nothing but housekeeping and laundry & no negatives in history, all they say is when understand your concern but we feel others are a better fit. They will never speak up & be honest why they wont hire. Theu know exactly what to say & how to say things so it doesn't come across as favorites or discriminations of any type such as age, nationality, who you know, etc... The owner thinks she is good at choice making by what she feels off them and thinks she knows them by her bogus questions. She hired someone who has never done housekeeping in their life & in their early 20's over a lady who had 20 plus years of housekeeping & in the late forties early fifties. The owner of this company, her interviews are like being asks questions first day back to school fro..summer vacation & asks questions that has absolutely nothing to do with the job or decision making of job. She thinks because she went from being a nurse to owning a cleaning company for 8 years that she knows how to hire & makes best choices. She also is very judgemental. Warning on that.

Hello! I think you may have the wrong company! Sorry you had to go through that but we've only been in business for 2 years and my wife and I are the only ones working for the company. We've haven't had an interview yet. Hope you find the company you're looking for. Thank you
