      I contacted Rocky Mountain truck center when my motor home started running ****** after leaving *************************. It would not go over 10 miles an hour and had a check engine light on . I spoke to **** ******** in their dispatch office when my road service company Good *****, could not find a tow service in the area to tow me in for repairs. We worked out an arrangement for Good ***** to pay all travel and call out charges leaving me only responsible for parts and mechanic labor fee. This started at two in the afternoon. A mechanic showed up at 9:08 with a battery but no means of troubleshooting the engine problem that was causing it to not go over 10 mph. He did not have a diagnostic computer on his vehicle as I was lead to believe. At 10:34 we had determined there was nothing more he could and I went to get my wallet to pay. He was unable to enter anything on his phone and told me that the office would text me the bill. They did and the bill was $933.26. I questioned the woman of how she arrived at that and was told that was what I owed. The order they got was a jump start/ battery replacement and I had to pay it or they would take the battery out. If I had a problem with that call customer ********************** on Monday I made into their facility on Sunday morning and asked to have the diagnostics run on the motorhome and they refused saying company policy was that they would not work on a vehicle if I was contesting a prior work order. Bottom line is they charged me and my road service provider $1,558.56 of which only $239 10 was in parts. They also charged for 130 miles when it was only 86 on ****** and additional $93.15 for shop supplies. The mechanic wiped my dipstick on his shirt tail and another ***** for a fuel surcharge at a time when diesel prices are at an all time low. They also left me inoperative on a two lane country road with semis flying by. With no solution to the problem.

      I don't recommend anyone working here. They will rob you of your money whether you work there or take your truck there to be worked on then blame you for it. This place needs a forensic audit done on it, needs osha to visit from all the trip hazards and DOT officers doing daily inspection on their service truck do to how long it takes the company to fix the violations after being reported to management. Company needs labor board involved for all the times employees have been deducted on pay. Worst place to have your truck worked on or place of work.

      We have been stranded on a highway near Marble Canyon. AZ since 3:45 pm on 09/06/2022. Our company contacted Rocky Mountain for roadside service at 4pm. The said they would be here in about 90 minutes. After numerous calls to the company the service truck showed up just before 10pm. The driver failed to bring the necessary parts to fix the semi. He attempted to splice the fuel line together and his attempt failed. We had to sleep in the semi on the side of the highway with his assurance that he would return between 9-10 in the morning. It is now 4:20pm and they never returned!
