Communication from the initial contact throughout the job completion was excellent! The entire team was very pleasant and professional. The techs arrived exactly when they said they would. They protected our hard surfaces from their equipment. They did an amazing job and even dusted the baseboards above every vent! I have referred them to friends and will continue to use them.

It was a good experience. They did arrive on time & explain what they would need to complete the job. They were always very pleasant & professional. My husband said the next morning he could tell the difference. I cannot smell so I was happy he could tell the difference. I have referred my neighbor to them .The only thing I was told I would have pictures emailed to me & so far I havent received them. I would use them again .Mighty Ducts, LLC

Great experience.Communication was excellent.Crew showed up exactly on time.They were professional in their work and as they entered every room in the house. They They did everything they said, took their time and the bill was exactly as estimated.The results were evident immediately.We should have done this years ago.Highly recommend them and their service.Mighty Ducts, LLC

Very patient finding an appointment for our busy schedule. Two young men who came to do the work were well within the expected arrival time, very polite, efficient, cleaned up all their gear and replaced all the vent covers. Will use them again. Really appreciated that Mighty Ducts could schedule the duct cleaning in my home so quickly. They were on time, efficient, and their quote was what I was charged. The technicians were very personable, answered my questions in a way that I could understand, and they did a fantastic job in cleaning out my very dirty ducts. I was impressed.
