    Sir, I am writing to report an unusual business. My name is Tse-Shien Derek Chou, recently bought the property at 1432 Trent Court Cheyenne Wyoming. I am moving from Denver Colorado to Wyoming. On 6/26/2023, I visited Escrow Company of Flying S Title & Escrow in person, handed over a cashier's check from Chase Bank and signed a few documents. It looked ok to me then I received copies of Escrow Statement, Tax Agreement, Title insurance and Warranty Deed from the Escrow Officer Ms. Terry Baltz. From my experiences from Colorado, it means I have done all my part of work and was done. I asked Ms. Baltz that was there anything else that I needed to know? She indicated everything was done then I left her office. On 07/23/2023, I received an email from Ms. Baltz that Closing Doc was void. (attached to this letter) I emailed back immediately asked what was it. I waited for a week and I had no answer from her. I have heard about different scams that were going on to cheat people out with their properties. It worries me very much because I do not want to see my life-long saving gone with scams. I knew this Escrow Company was not very responsive to me in the past, so I wish you can help to get an answer from them. Thank you very much for your assistance. Faithfully Tse-Shien Derek Chou

    When the closing was first scheduled, it was indicated to Flying S Title (FSTE) the Mr. Chou would not be in attendance.  His realtor, Mariea Turner, advised us to send all closing documents and wiring instructions to him via DocuSign for security purposes.  He also requested the documents be sent to his personal email, which they were.  On June 26, 2023, three days after the scheduled closing date, Mr. Chou personally arrived in our office with his signed documents, along with a cashier's check.  He never opened the DocuSign package.  DocuSign automatically voids any packages that are unopened after a certain amount of time, which was done in this case.  The email that Mr. Chou received was an automated email from DocuSign, and not from Ms. Baltz personally.  When Mr. Chou replied to the email he received, even though it appeared to be sent to Ms. Baltz, it went to the DocuSign system.  She never received it.  

    Sorry for any confusion and angst that this has caused Mr. Chou.  We hope he accepts this as a resolution to the issue.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have a question. Is the Warranty Deed that I have is the final document? That proves I am the owner of the property? Or there will be others coming in.

    The answer from Flying S Title & Escrow is reasonable, I can accept it. Only a final question above for them. Please answer.

    The warranty deed that you are in possession of is the final document and is proof that you own the property.
