      The appliance guy in Cheyenne Wy was supposed to fix as broken ice maker on my fridge. Original appointment was set for December 29. On that appointment the technician found that some pieces were failing and needed to be ordered for replacement. I wrote a check for the amount that was quoted for the parts. The parts were supposed to arrive within a few days and a follow up appointment was made for January 8. after waiting for 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I called the technician to check the status of his arrival. He stated that since the parts had not arrived, he was cancelling the appointment. I was in shock. If the technician would have called me, I would have understood a delay in shipping. He claimed the parts would arrive by January 10 and an appointment for January 11 was made for the install of the new parts. The January 11 appointment was not met, and no follow up communication has occurred from That Appliance Guy. Now That Appliance Guy will not answer my calls, ice maker is still not working, there are no updates on if the parts arrived. The communication from That Appliance Guy is absolutely horrible. I would have asked for just an update, but now that communication has diminished, I want the parts I ordered and paid for in advance. I will get the parts installed by someone else.       Was paid 385.82 for parts and services. Processed money and stopped answering the phone and never came for appointments.

      It all started towards the end of January. I contacted That Applicance Guy Matthew M******* to come out to my residence to look @ my washing machine. He didn’t show up for the very first appointment. I called him the next day - he didn’t acknowledge missing the appointment. He did come out to look @ my machine. He said he had the part @ his shop. He left came back a lot later that night with the part. I paid him with a check. The next day I went to wash - the machine would not kick into the wash cycle. I tried to call no answer for about a week. His voicemail was full couldn’t leave a message. One of his employees James came out to check what was wrong - it was the part he put in. So part was ordered. So I waited again. I finally called later in the week - the part was in. He set up an appointment - but no show again, so I was back calling him. No answer @ either phone number. About another week went by - another appointment was set - I waited for hours - they finally came - but they couldn’t get it to work. It was the same part. Another part was ordered. To this day I don’t have the part - I was promised the part was in - was in the service vehicle - they were coming over - after the last job. I can’t reach them anyway, I went to the business - no one is there. I’m out this money - my washing machine is still not working. I’m a senior citizen on Social Security - I don’t know how to get my machine fixed. No way to contact this guy. Thank you for your time. Hoping to hear from you soon.

      Gave broken dryer, will not answer the phone or door to his shop. 260.00 and a 30 day warranty. The dryer is useless.

      On 10-13-22 That Appliance Guy company came to my home on my request to repair the ice shoot on my fridge. The appliance was looked at and I was told that the part can be ordered and was scheduled on 10-18-22 for repair. My time frame that day came and went and no show from this company. Tried contacting the number provided multiple times, went straight to voicemail and it was full. Received a call in the afternoon and was told he didn’t know what happened and rescheduled the appointment for the next day. Next day comes and no show. Same issue trying to contact by phone. Finally got a hold of someone after 3pm. Again was told didn’t know what happened and rescheduled for a third time for 10-26-22. While waiting for this appointment, before completion of work, my account was deducted for payment with my card collected for payment.
      Third scheduled date arrives and same as the last couple of appointment days. No show. No answer when called, full voicemail. I did try to go to the address provided on the business magnet I was provided. There was a vehicle there but at the door it was located at no one answered when I knocked. I went to the front where it looked like it would be the business front, there was no one in there and it looked as if it were being renovated.
