    I prepaid for 3 massages - which I had in past. I had an appointment scheduled. However 8 days prior to my appointment I needed to cancel. Upon rescheduling I realized I would be taking care of my parents, in Casper, so I inquired about her refund policy as I did not feel I would get my massages in. I receive a lot of calls and text messages back of how rude I was for not answering her calls (I was in a training but able to message) and the she proceeded to become rude and the conversation was awkward and judgmental. She revealed personal information she was unable to return my (already paid money) was about to become homeless has no clients etc but would find a way to refund me. I was trying to reconcile but she was angry and obtuse about the situation. I have the whole text messages.

    I just wanted and was inquiring about her refund policy. At this point I do not want to be out $240 and would rather be able to have the money donated than take a loss financially- so whatever it takes.

    Shawna Hibbler bought a package deal which requires her to schedule 3 consecutive appointments within a set period. She cancelled two times prior to asking for a refund. She text asking about a refund, I called several times & she kept hitting ignore. But continuing texting. I left a voicemail explaining that I needed to discuss with her on the phone about my situation not through text messages. She continued to be rude texting. As stated above these package prices require consistent scheduling & she failed by cancelling twice in a row. I also explained to her that I would honor her sessions but couldn’t refund her.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    She is lying. I did not cancel twice in a row. I canceled- and rescheduled once in February as I had bronchitis. The second time was when I inquired about the refund policy and cancellation of my future appointment.
