      This store has the worst customer service! They have an issue with staring, following, rude behavior, and racism.We have a big family with 5 children, and as an Asian family, I understand there can be racism or staring. But as soon as we entered, the employees started following us around, pretending to work but clearly staring. Even when we made eye contact, they ignored us.The least they could do is ask, Do you need help? or Is there anything wrong? Instead, they just stared at us directly. And when my son went to the bathroom, a female employee rushed in, as though she thought he was about to commit a crime. I saw the panic on her face.We may be visitors, but we come here every time on our visit. We didnt come to spend money to be treated this way. We just wanted to buy ski socks for our daughters. What did we do to deserve this? Some may say its in our heads, but weve felt this way every visit since 2022. The employees have always treated us like potential thieves.This isnt right. We didnt speak up before, but after several visits, we realized it wasnt a coincidence.On 02/07/2025, after deciding to express our concerns, we spoke with the manager, ***** *. But he didnt care about our situation. He just nodded along as if he was understanding, he wasn't paying attention and clearly distracted. He didnt apologize even once or try to make a resolution. His behavior was unprofessional.Ive never met a more "idiotic" manager. He avoids responsibility and doesnt do his job properly. He doesnt deserve to be in that position.We didnt go to fight. We love Sierra Trading Post, we even make several purchases online. But why should we leave the store feeling regretful? The least ***** couldve done was listen and apologize on behalf of his employees and the store.We ended up returning the items because the experience left us with regret. Sierra Trading Post has great products, but the employees and management at this store are tarnishing the reputation.

      I bought luggage from them that broke after only two uses. I paid $99.21 for this piece of luggage. When I inquired about returning it or receiving compensation, they never responded to my emails. After five months, when I informed them that I would file a formal complaint, they replied stating that since it has been more than 30 days since my purchase, they would not take any action. This has been a horrible experience with an online retailer in today's market.

      I went to store and loved it. Ordered online for ship to store. I placed an order on Jan. 5th it is now Jan. 18th and nothing. Credit Card was charged. Apparently no tracking information because it’s delivered by there truck. I’ve placed orders with other companies after I ordered with them and received those. On top of that they blow your email up. If this is the way they treat paying customers I would rather go to *** or ***********. Good thing these weren’t presents because they would probably arrive weeks later. I might return items just because of hassle.

      ZERO Stars..... I ONLY LEFT A STAR BC IT MAKES YOU... DO NOT SHOP ONLINE WITH THESE PEOPLE.. I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THEIR STORES IN MY TOWN BUT I WILL NECER ONLIBE FROM THEM AGAIN!!! ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS EXCHANGE A PAIR OF SLIPPERS BUT THEY DONT WANT TO HONOR AN EXCHANGE BY SENDING THE SAME PAIR BACK WITHOUT FEES... ITS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. AND THEY WONT GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND WHICH THAT IN ITSELF IS BS!!! IF I SPEND MY MONEY AND SOMETHING ISNT RIGHT, TGE LEAST THEY COULD DO WAS REPLACE IT WITH THE CORRECT ITEM WITHOUT CHARGING PEOPLE MOREE MONEY...... THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE ***** ***..... TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND BACK TO YOUR EMAIL... AND NEVER ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS NOR DO THEY CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU LEAVE THEM YOUR PHONE NUMBER... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.... SHOP ELSEWHERE
