    Dr.Elseys has a money back guarantee that they advertise in their products in the event that you are not satisfied with them. I contacted them as the product didnt work for my pet and was asked to provide receipt of payment. After I did this, I did not receive reimbursement. After several tries to get in contact with the business, someone replied to me and I once again provided receipt of payment and my address. Now Im being ignored again in my request for confirmation that reimbursement has indeed been processed and sent.

    We want to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience youve faced regarding the reimbursement for your recent purchase. Due to some recent turnover within our team, this issue unfortunately slipped through the cracks, and we deeply regret that you were not properly reimbursed as expected.

    We understand how frustrating this must have been. Please know that this is not the experience we want our customers to have. We are taking immediate action to correct the situation by processing a full refund for you. You should receive a check in the mail for the full amount $74.09. Please allow a few weeks for this to arrive as we are sending from the ** and there may be added time sending internationally.

    Thank you for your understanding and patience. We truly appreciate your business, and if theres anything further we can do to assist you, please dont hesitate to reach out.

    We can confirm that the refund check cleared our account on 3/24.
