    Better Business Bureau, I just wanted to update you regarding case #********. After I wrote you today, there was a delivery at the door and it was the battery charger, for the non-fitting battery. It came after I left messages explaining that the battery did not fit and that I would no longer be needing the charger that had not arrived, as I would not be able to use it. I have received no phone calls or emails from Vortexhaus in response to my efforts to rectify the situation and return the items. Thank you, **** ****

    Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.

    Weve now reviewed the complaint from **** **** regarding a battery and charger order.Heres our response:

    1 - ********************************start="408" data-end="411"> Weve already issued a full refund for the order in question, and weve reached out directly to the customer to provide return instructions. Were committed to resolving this in a fair and timely manner.

    2 - No Record of ***********************start="654" data-end="657"> We have not received any emails or communication from **** **** at our official customer support email ******************************* prior to this BBB notification. We respond to all customer inquiries within 12 hours or less, and take pride in our highly rated after-sales support.

    3- ***************************************start="978" data-end="981"> The customer mentions purchasing a blower from other brand which is not a product we manufacture or sell. Our records show that the customer only purchased a battery and charger from our store. Unfortunately, we cannot provide compatibility support for third-party or copycat products.

    4 - Commitment to *******************************start="1315" data-end="1318"> Even though this issue appears to stem from a third-party product, we still took full responsibility and processed a refund as a gesture of goodwill. We strive to maintain the highest level of service and integrity.
