    I contacted with this comany to move my car from ******* to ********* ny We had a contracr for $700 and was asked for a $200 deposit which i gave them they then said that the driver canceled and they only could do it for more. I gave them every opertunity to fufill it at qouted price but they could not so i asked for my deposit back and they have refused saying in the citract if i use someone else they can keep it. I said i was flying and driving it back my self they still wont **** me my money ****************************************************************

    I hired Swift auto hauling and freight LLC to handle the transportation of one of my cars from ***** NE to **** CA. I sent a deposit of $150 on April 19th and they said the car would be picked up on Monday 21st of April, the amount to pay was $850 total minus the deposit. The promised the car would get to destination on April 24th. I stressed how important is to receive the car in time as my wife and kid have no transportation until she receives it. Today April 24th they didn't even pick the car and the person of contact refuses to send my deposit back and give an exact day for delivery, making up excuses and trying to charge me more money than we originally agreed... I hope you can intervene and address this issue as this company is doing business in a non ethical manner and taking advantage of people. As you see on the screenshots they are just stalling, I paid a deposit for a service I am not getting so I hope there's a way for you to help me out and future consumers too. Sincerely
