    - ANS agreed to level backyard, place a retainer wall with drain, topsoil, and install fence and posts for a dog run late June 2023 for $12,500
    - they began work and owner wanted to buy our camper, made a deal for camper so we had a stamped cement patio added to work
    - work finished about July 4th, but wall was incomplete. Owner told us the cement molds wouldn't be poured by company until end of July and they come back to finish
    - owner received payment in forms of 2 checks and a camper around July 10 2023
    - first week of August, we tried contacting owner, he doesn't respond numerous times
    - finally get a hold of owner, and he gives us wrong company information for cement molders
    - we finally get in touch with Morandin Cement in Cheyenne and they said they didn't pour molds because he hasn't paid for the other blocks in the wall yet
    - I leave numerous messages for owner, he's denying situation
    - finally he pays, the cement company has poured the molds and he still hasn't picked them up to finish the wall and it's been over 10days now
    - owner is very hard to contact and hardly ever communicates what is going on. Owner often says he'll arrive one day then doesn't- with no notice
    - his crew does good work, but it's incomplete and very aggravating to get a hold of him to place last 3 cement caps
    - we need them done asap because fence is still down and gravel piled up in a ramp for their machinery. Cold weather is approaching and we can't keep waiting on their unreliable owner to actually show up and finish the job like he keeps saying he's going to
    (Side note, I don't even think they put a drain in when they did the wall - I don't see any kind of pipe work or channel for water to flow out of)
