      UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE USE THEM. had employee take his pickup in for simple tire rotation. next day he drove from ****** to ******** on the way back from ******** the rear duals came off the truck. he was only able to find one tire. with only 4 studs left on the truck he limped it back to ****** for rimrock to repair. all but one of the tires had loose lug nuts. they replaced the studs and the damaged rotor and pads. was informed by **** the owner that i had to pay over 800 to get truck out and he would refund money. the next day employee drove to ***** and on the way they found that the wheel seal had been damaged by rimrock tire and all the rear end fluid was leaking out and contaminating all the parts. had to fill up and limp it to ********. *** **** recommended replacing the seal, the contaminated sensors ABS, tire pressure. and the brake pads. Once again **** agreed to pay for this work after being very rude to the people at *** **** and almost causing them not to perform work. ( no way to get pickup to different shop) I had to pay over 1200 for this work , plus rental truck for 2 days and lost time dealing with **** and *** ****. **** still has not refunded me any money and does not appear that he will. It cost me loss of three days of work from my employee 200 dollars all for a simple tire rotation.
