I was going to have hair extensions put in and needed to paid for my hair upfront $1540.00 to get it ordered. This was October 27th, 2023. I was told it was going to be a few weeks before the hair showed up. I called the owner and texted her telling her I needed to cancel my appointment due to a medical emergency on November 4th, 2023. Sager (the owner) was very understanding and told me that she would refund my card minus a $200 restocking fee. I understood that and waited patiently for a refund. I kept checking in asking about a status on the refund. I sent a message on December 6th saying I haven’t seen a refund issued, I sent another one December 26th, and I sent another one today.. It is now January 4, 2024. I would just like to receive my refund that was promised to me.
