    I ordered a 2 pack of filters for our refrigerator on 4/3/24 for $53.90. I was home at the exact time I received an email stating the product had been delivered to my home. I went outside immediately to search for it, and could not find it anywhere around our home or pole barn. I searched everywhere again, but still did not find it. I even asked our neighbors if they received it by accident. I reached out 3 times to Filtersgo, and twice they replied and told me not to worry and they would resolve the issue. On 6/24/24, I went through my credit card provider, and they reimbursed the money to me temporarily while they investigated, but then put the charge back on my card because they found it to be a valid charge. I haven't heard anymore from the company and I'm still out the $53.90. I'm not sure how I could have known this company is not legit.

    I placed an order for two GE XWFE refrigerator water filters on March 26, 2024. FiltersGo provided a **** Priority Mail tracking number claiming it was delivered. I tried emailing the company and got a reply that they were looking in to it and would get back to me. They never did. I paid them $53.90 via credit card. I called my credit company and filed a dispute of charges.

    Online purchase made March 31, 2024 with credit card- FiltersGo.com for 2pk GE XWFE filters. Confirmation email 4//2/2024 with order details and then a follow up email 4/2/2024 with expected delivery date of April 4, 2024 ***** tracking information and an option to click visit our store for account/order history). Since purchase, I have made many unsuccessful attempts at contacting this merchant (email, phone and website) to find it no longer exists.

    I ordered two GE XWFE refrigerator water filters on March 19, 2024. FiltersGo provided a tracking number. I received an email 3/26/2024 claiming it was delivered by the ***** but I was at home and the package was not delivered. I have sent 18 emails with no reply. On three occasions, I contacted them via their website contact us panels. I have only received an automated response. Information on their website is of no benefit. The physical address on their website is J&J Welding Shop in ************, **. The phone number on their website is an insurance agency in ******, **. I would like my money refunded.

    We placed an order for 3 refrigerator water filters. The filter were delivered to the wrong address. I have attempted on multiple occasions to contact the company and they keep replying we will looking into the issue but still I have no filter or an explanation of how they will resolve the issue.

    I purchased a water filter for my refrigerator and never received it. I contacted the post office when I got an email stating it had been delivered and they told me they delivered it to the address on the label which was not mine. I sent all of this information to Filtersgo and kept getting weird replies "Dont worry, we are in touch with you to solve any of your problems and unpleasant situations.Your order number is #####, we will check all the information and get back to you with an answer.Thank you for staying with us. " Everytime I email them I get the same reply. the last time I emailed them wanting an update I received an undelivered response. I would like a refund. They clearly put someone else's label on my package.

    Ordered water filters and they were not delivered. Since then the company has been impossible to reach. Emails get an auto-response that appears to be from ****** saying they will get back to me, but they never do. ****** maps does not list a company at that address in ************ - using street view, there is a welding shop there but the phone # is inoperative.

I checked with the post office and it shows this number not being delivered to my address and it was from a ************* I tried emailing the company and got a bogus reply. The telephone listed for Filtersgo is that of an insurance company **************. I paid them $53.90 via credit card. I called my credit company and filed a dispute of charges.

    I ordered two water filters from the website filtersgo.com, I received the filters but neither would work in my refrigerator. I checked their website for their return policy and contacted them the day I received the filters to get a shipping label and return. I emailed ******************************** many times over the last month and only received one response back in March from an unknown gmail address. I continued to email asking for the return label and have not received anything. After then searching the business on ******* it appears that this website may be a scam. I just want my money back. I don't care if they don't want the filters back.

    I ordered a water filter for my refrigerator: Everydrop. Refrigerator. Water Filter 2, EDR2RXD1. 1 1 Pack. I ordered mid February and on 2/23, I received an email saying it had been delivered to my mailbox. I didn't have any packages, and my mailbox requires a key as it is a community mailbox area. I replied to the email saying I never received anything. They replied:Dear *****,Don't worry, we will continue to deal with the logistics partner. And now we have sent you your order again, **** tracking number: 92001903435365120300364784.Support Team,filtersgo.com 24.2.2024, 23:37 +0100 I never received anything after that so I reached out again. They replied: From: ********************** To: You ?Dear *****,We see that your package was delivered: Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 4:47 pm on March 4, 2024 in ******, ** 30080.Support Team I replied that I never received anything and asked for help on resolving the issue: either provide me with a filter or give a refund. It has been days and now I am getting no response.I am afraid it might be a scam and don't know what to do about it. If it is not a scam, then I would just like to get my water filter or have my money refunded.
