    They have had my 2018 Dodge Journey since September.I have a warranty on it about4000/5000 I have paid on ***** vehicle was over heating back in Sep I drove to ******* took me5 hrs to get home bc it kept over heating.I was told it was the ************* it was replaced I was told it was good to go,drove it20 min I had to bring it back bc it was still over heating.Then I was told it was all good no more over heating, well it continued to over heat I had to prove it they asked me to send video proof through email. So I did just that, well they took my car back. They did help me get a 2nd vehicle which was great but I did not think I would be without my dodge journey as long as I have.I feel like they think bc they helped me get another vehicle in (Sep/Oct) that there is no hurry to fix my car Dodge Journey.I called&called no progress I was told they didn't know.Then I am told that its the head gasket that it would take a week or so to get approval to pull it apart to see if its the head gasket. Well finally in December I was told it was good no over heating.I had it for 2 days, it over heated again! I then took the radiator cap off and there was gunk/sand all on it. I call they pick it up the next day I express my concerns, Also I'd like to mention I thought they had fixed the head gasket but I was told that the mechanic did a test and found it wasn't the problem and flushed it but still they picked it up.I ask about the radiator cap he said he would look.well weeks go by no phone call, I called 2 days before Christmas asking the progress&I asked about the radiator cap.I was told it was on his list&that he wasn't concerned about it.I call again in Jan and I am told it's the cooling system.Called again a week or so later&I am told no more than I was prior "the cooling system".It has58,000 miles,I am at a loss.I do not know what to do anymore,I've tried&tried and no improvements.I was told by the mechanic it's normal for my car to run HOT. Normal temp ******* not 230+
