On 5/25/2022 I purchased a signed (by *** ******) bracelet cuff of the design Indian corn. The saleswoman told me it was silver and spiny oyster. Over the course of the next month, I began to notice the "silver" on the bracelet edges seemed to be coming off - making me wonder if it was truly silver. On the 21st of June, I was putting the bracelet on, and the center stone fell out of the setting. There were what appeared to be a considerable amount of shavings from the holes drilled in the stone to set the smaller stones. At this point, I am concerned that it is truly not real as you can clearly see the paint marks on the back of the stone or whatever it is. I immediately placed a call and left a message for the store owner, with no response. At the suggestion of the store manager, Rita, I emailed the store owner. One the 24th of June when he hadn't responded, I emailed again. On June 28th, he finally responded and stated there was nothing he could do in this manner, they buy from a 2nd party sales rep and suggested I glue the stone back in place using epoxy. I responded and let him know that I was not satisfied with that response because I was sold an authentic piece of jewelry when in fact it seemed to be costume jewelry. Ultimately, I paid $300 for a piece of jewelry which was sold to me as an authentic piece of jewelry, including being signed by the artist, when in fact it was not. The store owner has refused to do anything to rectify the situation.

So have the customer send back the bracelet.  When I receive the item I will refund plus shipping.  I have no idea what caused the shell (abalone) to fall out.  It is NOT a fake stone.

Nearly a month later the customer says she was putting the bracelet on and the Shell fell out.  I have no idea how this customer take care of jewelry.  But after a month is my fault?

This is a first for our store.   Bad mouthing me on social media is classy ? right?
