    I ordered a Mattress and Base from the Conlins Furniture store branch in Gillette wy, it took 4 weeks to come in (which was expected) when it got delivered I noticed it was hard as a rock (when I knocked on it, it sounded like me knocking on a wall) I questioned the delivery guy if it was the correct mattress, he assured me it was and that it was just frozen, and that I needed to let it thaw out. (which after talking to ****** ***** the manufacture of the mattress, they informed me that the mattress freezing like that would compromise the memory foam). I placed heaters in my room for 24 hours and the mattress was still hard, So I pulled the mattress away from the wall and then realized it really was not the mattress I ordered. I ordered the hybrid mattress this was the all memory foam. So I went into the store to talk to them about it, they admitted they ordered the wrong mattress for me and that they would make it right. That was now pushing 7 weeks ago and I still do not have the correct mattress, I financed this and am now making payments on a bed that I do not have, I have been sleeping on my couch since my old mattress left when I got the wrong one. They are still giving me the run around on my correct mattress and when I will receive it so I asked to just return this wrong one and be done with this whole mess and I was told that I can not return the wrong mattress, that I am basically stuck with it. I know have a 6,000 dollar mattress and base sitting in my house that I have never used because it was the incorrect one, with the mattress cover on it that I purchased from them to ensure that I would be able to return the wrong one. which they now say is not allowed! The staff when I have called them have been extremely rude and Indignant to be saying I'm stuck with this bed now. I am beyond furious and have filed a dispute with the financing company. this is horrible customer services for the amount you are paying for a bed!

    Hello, 
    This client has been taken care of. The bed was just a bad bed, it was a very unusual incident that we had never ran into before so it was a learning experience for us all. The new bed was ordered for the client to get swapped out but shipping a little longer than the original bed which was unexpected. Needless to say this case was a chain of unexpected problems that required some time to get straightened out.
