    Amazing! Courteous! Professional! Jeremy T***** took on a difficult and contentious inspection to help to secure the estate and stop further damage in our property. The home was being adversely possessed by our friend's former care giver. Unhappy that he would not inherit the house, this care giver was damaging the property, refusing to leave, and barring us, the owners, from access. Knowing all of these factors, Jeremy still accepted the job and was able to gain, if not cooperation from the care giver, at least somewhat civil acceptance to let him schedule a day to come for the inspection. The care giver did not keep the appointment, and left town leaving no way to access the property when Jeremy arrived, but Jeremy was prepared with a locksmith and law enforcement and quickly and efficiently gained access, completed the inspection, advised us of the repairs that were needed, and secured what little the contentious care giver left behind, followed by providing us keys to the home we had owned for 10 weeks, but had no access to. This was above and beyond what we could have hoped for from a home inspector my wife and daughter happened to meet at the home show at Camplex nearly a year ago. Absolutely Amazing!!!
