    starting on March 27th Landlords came into building to fix a water heater, i woke up and started my morning and even got to cook breakfast, suddenly there was no water. I looked on my door for any notice, none. i looked through emails & texts or even missed calls from the Landlords notification about the water being turned off considering it’s an essential item in a home. after talking with the Landlord Billie, she informed me she knew the water would be off and apologized for no notice. i was informed about a group chat over text that Billie had started of only men in the building, that alone is weird considering the men aren’t even in the building and work 14 hours a day and women are home with children ALL day. i told her it was unprofessional, sexist & above all she at least needs to include all residents considering it affects every resident. Billie then called me after i told her these things she then called my phone and told me how “disrespectful” and “childish” i was, including telling me how i will “never talk to her that way” when the entire time i was exceptionally professional while she was the complete opposite, cursing and screaming at me. i’ve done my best to just pay my rent and move on however today, April 25th the water was once again off, and shut off while i was showering. i texted to ask if she knew what was going on & she says she has “no clue” and yet she manages the building. there’s so professional tendencies, it seems as though she looks at the apartments as another thing she has to deal w instead of what she’s signed up for. i plan on moving soon but i have a two year old and apparently do without water some days.
