    On July 20th 2022 I made a purchase of ******** at La Belle Boutique in ******* *******. Included in that purchase was two years of free facial products. We were from ***** so, manager *************** **** agreed to ship the products to ***** for a cost of *****. We received the products and were very pleased. On February 2 I contacted Manager, *************** **** to receive my first year of guaranteed facial products. First, he tried to upsale by offering me better products.He would send me those and some of the other products for ****** shipping and handling. I denied and said please send the first years facial products as agreed upon. You sent me all those products in July for *****. Then, he said, ****** with 9.25%tax. I denied and then he said, send him the empty jars and he would refill them. There was nothing in our agreement about sending empty jars and refilling them. I told him that if he could not honor our agreement then I would have to turn him and his company into the BBB. He refused to comply to our agreement. Im reporting this so these unethical business behaviors do not harm other customers.

    August 31, 2022Jackson, **, walked past business, handed a product and salesperson lured me into her store. (My son was with me.) After some deliberation, I regrettably purchased product made by Introstem. Further research proved the said Introstem product sales not reviewed positively nationwide and BBB. Very difficult to reach by phone, have requested (by text) refund. The said business La Belle Boutique is not listed online, phone number not local. The *******, ** storefront is being used for scamming opportunities. I would like a refund for my unopened product and would also like to warn potential victims.In addition, the instructions offered by the salesperson at La Belle Boutique are not consistent with those on the Introstem websitenor is there any guarantee offered as ************ (the salesperson) stated.
