      10/10/2023 I bought into tranzact card for the total of $495. Come ***** of this year they inform everyone the are no longer a company and to file a dispute with our banks to receive our money back. Initially I did get my money back from my bank, but June ********************************************************************************************************************* I never received any product or membership from tranzact and they cease and desist and disappeared with little to no notice and have no customer service number available at this time.

      October 2023, I enrolled with TranzactCard as a Digital Branch Officer/"DBO" for $495, during their prelaunch special. During that time, we were promised to have physical spending cards by Christmas (2023) and that we would be seeing the online shop or e-commerce portal opening up in "just a few weeks". My brothers, both eager entrepreneurs, were skeptical, but intrigued; so I paid for one of them to also become a DBO, and the other a TranzactCard Member/"TCM" for $50. In the beginning of February 2024, so earlier this year, we were instructed to join a Zoom call because there was a major announcement to be made regarding the future of the company. While we were all expecting the results of the promises to be unveiled, we were disappointed to learn that Tranzact had ultimately sold to FinMore, which was a whole new company, with a much more intricate vision and mission. We weren't just a banking resource to those who needed more value anymore. We were expected to now offer online telemedicine solutions on top of the banking aspects, along with classes and certificates to be earned by cardholders. Frustrated with the lack of results and inconsistencies in vision and implementation, I emailed requesting a refund and was told I was passed the 30-day refund window, which I have attached the email correspondence for. It was mentioned to me that regardless of refund status, they can just close my account for me if I'm not satisfied. I was not offered or informed of any solution from a FinMore standpoint. In total, I am out $1,040 and feel as if us struggling hopefuls were vastly targeted and deeply taken advantage of.

      On 8/23/2023 I paid $25.00 to Tranzact. I received an email that the transaction was not completed. I senet another $25.00 on 8/25/2023 for one of the cards. On 9/11/23 I paid $495.00 for a membership. I have never received a card and every time I tried to find out about it told they had switched banks and the new bank would be issuing a card.

      Tranzact card has 315 of mine that was supposed to be refunded as I was repeatedly told! Now nobody answers or replies and still haven't received my money! They are Ponzi scammers which I just found out

      Transact / Finmore scammed me out of $495 and I never received anything for what I paid for. They have scammed thousands of people out of millions of dollars and something needs to be done to stop them. ************************* needs to be shut down for this.

      I purchased a DBO account from ********************** on 11/14/23 for $495. I have not received any services or products from this company. The company promised cards and a shopping site where we could buy gift cards, merchandise, etc. The cards never came. The company then changed names to *******, unannounced. I have recently learned that this company has desolved and is no longer operating. I sent an email requesting a refund for no services or products delivered and my email has gone unanswered. This company was/is nothing but a scam! Thousands of people joined and purchased with nothing in return!!

      I invested in a digital branch of banking with a company called tranzact in november. The company promised a tranzact debit card and a virtual rewards store to shop with the points you earned. Nothing they promised was ever delivered and tranzact shut down the business and it turned into *******. We were not given the opportunity to opt out of the new company and we were denied refunds of our money. Now finmore and tranzact have closed their operations and they still will not refund anyone's money. Nobody has been paid commissions they were owed either.

      Purchase of card membership and card never produced at all. Was told would launch ******* of 2024. Still to this day I have never received a card or any type of promised products BREACH OF PERSONAL SENSITIVE INFORMATION!!!!

      I am *************************. On June 18, 2023 I bought a digital bank branch with tranzact card LLc for $495.00. I was promised a double rewards **** debit card that gave double rewards and an income of up to 1500 a month if reaching senior manager which I did. I never got the physical card or the income. They transferred the company to finmore in December with the same promises. I never got my card or the benefits of owning the digital branch. Today they closed the company. No card no business. I want my investment back. It is almost a year.
