      On Nov 3, I ordered a pair of XL, monogramed mittens - Order #******. The mittens arrived, but were way too small. I contacted Give'r via email. There is NO way to contact them via phone. The response time with ****** was slow via their email support ticket. I sent pictures, telling her we'd remeasured my son's hands and that they were indeed within the specifications of the XL size according to their website. I was sent a return link on Nov 21. The link did not work.Per my emails with ******, on Nov *********************************************** XXL. But it was before Id received a working return link - Order #******.On Nov 25, I finally heard back from customer service. Right AFTER Id reordered the correct size.I was promised to get reimbursed for the monogrammed restocking fee. "I can do a one-time exchange as this is a gift and we can process it as an exchange." I wasn't reimbursed. The very last msg from ****** simply stated that a return label had been sent, with no further mention of an exchange.I receive the second pair of mittens, send back the too small pair, and sucked up the $30 return fee.On Christmas morning, my son opened up his gift, tried on the mittens and sheepishly said, "I hate to tell you this, but the seam at the top of the left glove is torn."I emailed Give-r that evening. No reply. I emailed them again with URGENT in the subject line as they recommend. Still no response.Found another number online that said to text them. I texted them. Still nothing. I've never actually filed a complaint with the Better Business ******, but when you spend $200 on a pair of mittens and have nothing to show for it, someone needs to be held accountable.At the very least, I'd like to have a replacement left mitten, in size XXL. I'd also appreciate the $30 customization fee they told me they'd waive.

This customer has been sent a replacement at no charge and will be refunded if not satisfied with the replacement.       I bought these gloves for work on a horse farm in **** ******. I believed the company's claim, these gloves are 100% waterproof, are rated for all 4 seasons, and hold up with hard work. Halfway through the first week of use, the inside of the gloves became cold, damp and extremely uncomfortable. I tried drying out the gloves after each day, placing them near a heater and using my car dashboard defrost. I figured that the reason was because I was working with them all day 5 days a week. Until I went on a ski trip I realized these gloves are not as advertised. My boyfriend also bought mittens from them. After one day skiing on the mountian, 2 hours total, and only taking them off to eat lunch; the next day they are completely soaked on the inside. After reaching out in an email to giv'r support, they responded with an impersonal and computer-generated email. They told us that they do get wet inside the gloves with sweaty hands or continuous work. They stated that we need to purchace a boot dryer to dry them. But after only 2 hours skiing and they are wet inside? No way is that a sweaty hand problem, these gloves are not waterproof! The website claims these gloves are waterproof, used by firefighters, construction workers, and skiiers. My hands are cold or wet every morning, not ideal for winter.I am cold and very dissatisfied with my purchase and I would like my money back for both gloves I purchased. They are basically useless if they are wet inside! One pair I have used for work but the other pair is still unused. I feel like these gloves were marketed online in a misleading way and I have been lied to. There are other reviews made by others who claim similar problems to mine; the conclusion is that these gloves are useless against any winter weather.I payed $127.35 for both pairs.
