      I entered into a purchase agreement with Restoration Lumber company in October of 2023 to provide materials for my barn. I received several shipments of materials, but many of the items were produced incorrectly (and unusable) and others were never shipped. Like a dummy, I paid the invoice in full trusting that Restoration Lumber would make good on their promises. I communicated the short comings in writing and verbally with the Sales Manager (who has since been fired) and the CEO/owner of the company since March of this year. A few of the items originally listed as missing/incorrect were replaced because I drove to ******* and brought them home. The value of the missing/incorrect materials exceeds $37,000. The CEO/owner has stopped answering or returning calls or responding to emails or text messages.
