Then I followed up once again within the same email thread on May 20th. No response ******** forward to today June 2nd, 2025, I have not received any updates, communication from company, or the product. I've sent another separate message to their support team today and are also writing into the BBB for further support.I am requiring they issue a full refund of $62.73 USD and replacement order. This was advertised as a Mother's Day gift opportunity and it's now over a month later with no product or communication from their end.

    I purchased two books from Tell Tales on april 28 2025. i had seen there advertisements on ******** and instagram for mothers day about a interactive book that tells her life story. i also purchased one for my dad. i paid for shipping which advised 6-8 business days. it is now over 2 weeks, there is no tracking progress, i have reached out to the company via instagram and email for days now and have not gotten one response. i simply do not want this item anymore and would like a refund however they will not respond to me. i looked at the website, which has tons of "reviews" which now are most likely to be fake. the website indicates that the business is in ***************** - i searched the address, zillows shows *************************************** to be an apartment for sale. this seems to be a scam..
