4/24/24-Truck dropped at Big O Tires in *******, ******* to get front brake rotors replaced.4/25/24-Front brakes replaced at Big O Tires in *******, WY. I was charged $1019.31 which covered new brake pads, rotors and calipers. ( ******* ********** Werks later said that the calipers did not need to be replaced and were an unnecessary up charge from Big O).4/26/24-Picked up truck from Big O tires and assumed everything was finished.4/27/24-4/28/24- out of town, truck stationary.4/29/24-using truck for errands in the evening when the BRAKE dash light came on. I determined that the truck did not have any brake fluid in the reservoir.4/30/24-I called Big O Tires and informed them of the issue. Big O asked me to bring the truck back to the shop. 4/30/24-After inspection, Big O Tires told me that they could not locate the brake fluid leak and suspected that it was coming from the rear brakes. Big O told me they could not open the rear brakes and did not know how to work on rear drum brakes and referred me to ******* Hole Auto Werks shop to fix the issue.5/1/24- ******* Hole Auto Werks located the brake fluid leak and determined that the fluid was leaking from the new front caliper that Big O had just installed and not the rear brakes. I told Auto Werks to repair the defective work that had been done by *****. Auto Werks ended up replacing the brand new caliper and the pads on the passenger front tire and charged me $555.17 for parts and labor to fix Big O's mistake.5/2/24- I took the bill from Auto Werks to Big O and was told that they could not refund any of the bill from Auto Werks because I had not warrantied the parts through them and I had a different shop do the work. I had the work repaired at Auto Werks in good faith after being referred to them by Big O to finish the job. I believe that Big O tires is at fault for the second bill due to faulty parts and service and should be liable for refunding the $555.17 that I had to pay Auto Werks to fix their work.

I would like to file a complaint about the ********** store in ******* ** and the ********** ******************************* The Big * store in ******* installed 4 Nexen Tires on my daughters (************************************, **************************************************************) truck. After the tires were installed the front end of the truck would shake. After multiple attempts to resolve the shaking I asked the Big * store to replace the Nexen tire with a set of Michelins. After the Michelins were installed the truck stopped shaking. So clearly there was something wrong with one or more of ********* tires. Both the local Big * store and their ******************************** refused to refund me the money for ********* tires or the work that was done trying to stop the shaking (which was caused by one or more bad Nexen tires not any mechanical issue with the truck). Below is a more detailed description of the situation. I have also attached the following documents:Service Invoices from Big ********* Local Store Big * 2023-04-14 Nexen tire install$1412.12 Big * 2023-05-18 Big * rebalance Nexen tires$ **** Big * 2023-07-27 Michelin tire install$1441.00 Service invoices from *************** Station Shervin 2023-05-25 tire balance and check front end alignment$263.41 Shervin 2023-07-04 service rear end of truck$303.91 Record of phone conversations with Big ********* Local Store Email messages with Big * ************************* Email messages with ********************** I am also asking the ********************** for any assistance they can be encouraging Big * (Local store and/or *************************) to refund me ************ of Nexen Tires at Big * in ******* and the two *************** invoices:$1,979.44 minus the expected Rebate from **********************:$1,171.80

My wife went in for a flat repair back in the end of September. They were able to patch the tire but that is where the good ends, she was advised by the sales person that she will need a new set of tires and told her that she had an irregular size that they did not stock in the store and if they were able to get them if would be around $400 per tire, so his recommendation at that point was to sell her a new set of rims at the total cost of $1,300++ and then a set of tires to go with them. Meanwhile she's texting me to see if the information she is being told was correct and I told her no it is not, pay your bill, collect your keys and get out of there. She goes back to her vehicle to notice yes they patched the tire but did not replace it back on the vehicle and left the donut on. She went back in to say swap them, took them close to an hour to do a simple swap and once completed they did not place the spare back to where it belonged, just placed it in a bag and put it in the rear of the vehicle, the same person also noted that there was minor sidewall damage to the tire but then again failed to place it on the rear of the vehicle instead of leaving it on a steerable wheel. Needless to say we have been lied to every which way from this shop starting with they have 28 tires in her size listed on their website, that's more than Tirerack.com, most of these tires are listed around the $250 **** per tire - far short of the $400 that was told to her and I cannot extend my frustration with leaving the tire on the front. I have reached out to the shop directly on their website, several attempts were made to call the store and speak with the ** of that store but was either stonewalled by an employee named **** or left on hold for over 20min at a time. So I am wanting to speak with someone at the *****************
