      This is a partial copy of the mail I sent to **** ***********************, *************** and Head of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Saftey.Sunday Dec 3rd my family and I (5 skiers) took to the slopes to enjoy a fun and safe experience skiing new snow with a sunny morning. Unfortunately the morning was anything but fun. Within the first three runs my family and I were quickly overtaken by multiple groups of Jackson Hole *** instructors skiing together in groups of ****. Several times after being overcome down the hill in clearly posted "Slow Zones" your *** instructors cut off my family at very high speed and in 2 occasions nearly hit my daughter and I. I personally witnessed your *** Instructors on multiple occasions skiing at uncontrolled speeds down the mountain with complete disregard to anyone on the mountain. After witnessing this several times I became very concerned about the safety of my family and other families on the mountain that were simply there to enjoy the day.***ing the next 30 - 45 min was almost intolerable with attempting to complete a run without fear of my family being injured. I approached a Jackson Hole Mountain Resort employee, this time a *** Group Instructor. I voiced to this instructor how unsafe the *** Instructors were skiing and how they were not complying with your own rules. Note the rules posted on your website: "Please observe the posted slow zone area by maintaining a speed no faster than the general flow of traffic. Fast and aggressive skiing and riding will not be tolerated". The response from the instructor was shocking to say the least. He informed me that "the *** School has to train". I asked him if this training was in complete disregard to the enjoyment and safety of paying ticket holders? I'm requesting an immediate follow up on what actions you and your team plan to take to address these serious safety issues.
